- Works with a person (individual work) - a child, parents or legal representatives of the child, educators and other specialists working in the institution;
- Assesses and helps solve problems related to various difficulties encountered by children (satisfaction of the child's basic needs, ensuring safety, emotional and behavioral problems); Works with the family.
- Communicates with the child's parents (guardians), looking for opportunities to jointly solve emerging problem situations. Seeks and applies new forms of work to develop social skills;
- Cooperates with group teachers, administration, VTAT, social assistance services, health care and other institutions, solving children's social problems, finding effective ways to help.
